About me...
In the past six years drawing with colored pencils has become my passion. I decided to create this website where viewers can see my drawings in room settings and purchase any of my available drawings easily by simply emailing me. I can supply variations on matting and framing for your chosen piece to match your home setting and give you guaranteed delivery times regarding the matting and framing options.
Creating art in many skills and capacities and writing a cookbook, "Pop It In The Toaster Oven," have been wonderful inspirations in my long creative life. Here's some history about my art career.
Many years ago I earned a BFA from the Minneapolis College Of Art and Design (it was called the Minneapolis School Of Art then) and through a full-tuition grant to Pratt Institute in New York, earned an MFA degree.
As a single mom, I had many jobs to support myself and my daughter, but continued as an artist employing my skills in painting, raku pottery, quilting, assemblage, collage, drawing and drawing.
In 2007 I built a website to share my knowledge of these skills.
